Danville Performance now carries BatMoWheels for stock Appearing Chargers.
The BatMoWheels are direct replacements for the stock turbo wheels. This includes the LB7 IHI turbos, LLY, LBZ, and LMM Turbos. We also have wheels for Ford 6.0 Liter Garrett Turbos and Cummins Common Rail Turbos. 
As you can see from this back to back test on the LB7 IHI Turbo, the new wheel picked up power across the board. The power is gain is more noticeable on the bottom end with the quicker spool up provided by the upgraded compressor wheel. The BatMoMax Billet compressor wheels are $399 + shipping.
