If you are going to powder coat or paint cover of this turbo please specify when ordering, because cover is glued on to make sure there no boost leaks at the cover.
The Stage2R vane upgraded works better in a twin setup.
This is a VGT with attitude! Producing 821Hp 1392Ftlbs. on our chassis dyno, the 72mm Danville Performance Turbocharger flows massive amounts of air to keep your truck pulling hard at any rpm range. Featuring our 72mm billet compressor wheel in a 4094 housing, this turbo is great for people that are ready to put distance between themselves and "stock" trucks. It is not ment for a stock replacement as fuel and intake/exhaust upgrades need to be done for this turbocharger to work in it's efficiency range!

this thing performs flawlessly the turbo whistle is incredibly loud. i have even towed a 20' enclosed trailer fully loaded and my EGT's never went above 1200 even on a steep grade. i am very impressed with this turbo

Love this turbo,dropped my e.t.and when you add dual fuelers it lights faster. I towed a 9800# travel trailor with an extra 2000# added and egt's stayed under 1200 except once when I was all the way in the throttle doing 80 mph,and even then egt's were only 1300. Sounds and drives great!

I finally had the oppertunity to really work the truck with this charger. With a 2 ton trailer and 10 round bales of high moisture hey the egt's never got above 1150 even on 8% grade. The charger lit right up and the trick is to just keep you"re foot out of it because it has gobs of torque, and if you put it to the floor the egt;s do start to climb. great charger overall.

It is a very smooth and powerful charger. I have to say it not only lowered drive pressure but also lowered egts. It has been a great addition on the truck for daily driving and drag racing. Thanks Mark for a great product!!

I have had this charger for 3 months. It runs in the 11's on a ccsb. the charger lights instantly, and provides plenty of airflow to support 700 rwhp. If you want a great performance charger for a daily driver you really don't sacrifice much of anything with this one, spools great, sounds awesome, and puts down some great numbers. i would consult danville if you plan to tow, I don't tow and cannot rate it for that particular usage.

I had Mark upgrade my 4094vnt with his Billet 72mm wheel and housing work. I use this in my twin setup. Before the work, I had 55psi boost and 98psi drive pressure. With Mark's changes alone, boost stayed the same, but drive pressure has dropped to 75psi. Can't wait to mate it with my 5533r. The thing sounds awesome. Cruising down the road with 5psi, the whistle is awesome. This upgrade is well worth it.

I have been running this charger since early December!!! Mark definetley did his research/homework.......GREAT WORK and proud to have tested the first 72MM on SMOKED OUT!!!!

I have been running this turbo now for over a monthand all I can say is WOW! This thing is a blast to drive and I am enjoying it more than I did my twin turbo setup. This turbo has the manors of a VGT turbo but the bite of an S472! If you are in searching for more than 700hp as a single or 1000hp twined and daily driver friendly this is definitely the charger of choice!
